0Father’s Day came earlier than expected with the delivery of Gripping Beast’s Norman Casualities (SG04). Despite the fact that I’m finding painting Dark Age stuff difficult, I’m loving the minis.
These aren’t illustrated on Gripping Beast’s website, but are well worth the purchase if you’re into a little extra colour for your fatigue markers. The horseman is just superb!
You keep bleating about how hard these normans are to paint but surely you’ve learnt how to drybrush metallic over a black base? Cant be worse than peadot on 15mm figures..
Yup, just about mastered that, but its the tunics and colour combinations that floor me….
